How to submit your website or blog to webmaster

It has been worthwhile since I posted an article on this great and educative blog.Now am back and today I would like to take you through on how you can submit you blogs and websites sitemap to google webmaster for easier indexing in search engines.

For those people who own  tabloids, blogs and websites and would like to have their sites to be ranked first in search engines such as google, yahoo or bing and also  need to increase traffic to their sites,then you have no  other option rather than generating a sitemap and submit it to webmasters where all you pages will be indexed during any search a user conducts on any browser.

If your site has posts which are more than 600, then you will have to submit a multiple of sitemaps so that Google can  be able to crawl them and index them easily.Now, let me take you the whole process of submitting your website sitemap  to webmasters of search engines such as google.

Submitting Your blog to  Google Webmaster.

To submit your blog, first you need to sign up  for an account with Webmaster using your gmail account you are using for website administration purposes.After signing in to webmasters account, select the website or  blog you would like to submit the site map to webmasters as shown here below;-

After that, hover to the navigation  bar on the left side where search console is and click on Sitemaps  and then head to the crawl options as shown here below.

Now on the sitemaps option, on the far right-hand side, click on ADD/TEST SITEMAP button, and popup like this one below will show up.

Now these are the codes you should fill in the blank spaces. You should fill these codes below according to these conditions i have outlined here below;
(a).If your blog has posts which are below 500, then add this code below;

(b)For those blogs with posts between 5001 and 1000, the code below suits it;

(c)For blogs with posts  above 1000, then fill this code below;

Now, that's its,and you are done adding your blog to webmaster to be crawled by Google when it crawls all its databases.You can sit down and watch how your website fairs in the search engines.

The process of submitting your websites sitemaps to other search engines such as bing' and yahoo is similar to one of the submitting a sitemap to webmaster. Ensure you submit your website to such engines to improve your rankings.
